Powerful way to share your story that many people will surely resonate with. I know I do. Forgiving myself for all that I didn’t do, or for what I couldn’t help but do, in my past was such a key stepping stone for me to fall in love with myself. If we hold on to the hate or rejection or whatever else, we’ll never get there.
Also really enjoyed how you mixed some science in. Reminds me of my own writing, which you might find interesting since it’s in the same space. It was a great read, thanks for sharing your story!
This is great to read from you Alex. Thanks for sharing your personal experience with this too. It’s always my hope that what I share does help and encourage others to see that we can rise from whatever is thrown at us if we do the work. I’m definitely checking out your publication now.
"Forgiveness is the crown of greatness". In my faith, forgiveness is highly valued and is often described as a "crown of greatness" or "crown of virtues", emphasising its importance in both personal and interpersonal relationships. This is amazing and inspirational Shelia. Like Georgie put its cathartic and liberating. 🥰❤️✨️
Thank you Saira and what a beautiful way to put it. Yes forgiveness is very important and not just for its spiritual benefits but greatly for its physical benefits too. I appreciate you sharing this perspective going to use it mantra whenever the need arises ❤️
Forgiveness is such a brave act! I was so moved by this Sheila. The ability to sit with some of the deepest darkest places in ourselves and pen a letter of forgiveness, is both cathartic and just liberating. Your letter has inspired me to do something similar of my own. ❤️
I look forward to the next letters in your series.🥰
Thank you for reading and for your kind words Georgie and yes I do agree it is cathartic but also incredibly healing. Love to read it’s also inspired you in some way. Stay tuned for the rest ❤️🙏🏽
