This is such an amazing, empowering, and inspirational piece, Sheila. I loved how you framed self-worth not as a grand revelation but as a quiet, daily practice. The contrast between the old voice and the self-worth voice was so relatable, it really made me reflect on how I speak to myself in those small moments. The idea that the voice in our head can become a friend instead of a critic truly moved me. Thank you for writing this with such honesty and care. It’s the kind of message that lingers and uplifts. ✨️❤️💛❤️‍🩹🫶🏻

Thank you for your kind words and support Saira. I’m glad you found some value in this piece as well. Your comments really encourage me so thank you once again. Yes I was taken aback on my journey when I noticed that coming home to myself wasn’t happening in any grand gestures but it was in the little everyday things I did to prioritize myself and my wellbeing. Finally those little things had become my big transformation. So sharing this to help anyone who needs a little reminder that our healing and transformation lies in the little things we do for ourselves. Grateful for you and your support ❤️❤️🙏🏽

My pleasure! That truly means so much, Sheila. I love how you said “coming home to myself”,what a beautiful way to describe the quiet power of choosing ourselves daily. Your journey is such a powerful reminder that transformation doesn’t need fireworks, it’s in the soft, consistent steps we take toward our own care. Thank you again for sharing your heart so openly. Grateful for you and your love and support, and presence and voice in this space. Do check mine out ❤️❤️✨️🥰
